4. Service Charges

Each carrier will deduct service charges and appropriate taxes from
respective employees.
AC employees will pay zone service charges for travel on either AC or
CP. CP routes not operated by Air Canada will be incorporated into AC
zones listed in CIC*80/20.

ZONE 1  $20.00  short haul
ZONE 2  $30.00  medium haul
ZONE 3  $50.00  long haul

CP employees will be paying mileage based service charges for travel
on  either AC or CP.

In some cases the above charges will result in different amounts being
levied for the same trip. The overall effect is that in some cases AC
staff will pay more than CP staff, and in other cases less.

Canadian does not have a dedicated Call Centre for employees so AC
employees can call the local CP Reservation office to list for

CP employees can call the Employee Call Centre or the local Air Canada
Reservation office outside North America to list for flights. The CP
employee should be able to quote their boarding priority to the AC
agent.
